How many people can you host for a Christmas party?
We host everything from a small team on one court through to a full venue takeover across all six courts. Tell us your numbers and we'll recommend the right setup.
Can we have alcohol at our Christmas party?
Yes. Your event can be fully licensed, with alcohol available for purchase at your function, arranged through our liquor licence. It's subject to approval, so we need at least 20 days' notice. Licensed service runs within our approved trading hours.
How much notice do you need for licensed alcohol?
At least 20 days before your event. We must lodge notice with Liquor & Gaming NSW, NSW Police and local council, and the extra days give us a buffer. Booking inside 20 days? We can still host your party, but licensed alcohol won't be available.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. Our onsite Black Wolf Cafe can handle food and drink for your group, from coffee and snacks to a full catering package. Tell us your numbers and budget and we'll arrange it.
What if some of our team don't play sport?
That's fine. Pickleball is low-impact and easy to pick up. Our trivia and games night format needs no sport at all. Everyone finds a way to join in.
How long does a corporate Christmas party run?
You book by the hour, so you choose. Run a lunchtime session, an afternoon or an after-work party. Half-day and full-day events are available too.
Do we need to bring our own equipment?
We help with court bookings, equipment and room set-up. Tell us your format and we'll confirm exactly what's included. Your team just needs comfortable clothes and sports shoes.
Is there parking?
Yes. We offer free onsite parking with a drop-off zone. The Rosehill Gardens light rail stop is also 400 metres away, and several bus stops are a short walk from the venue.

When should we book our work Christmas party?
As early as you can. December is the busiest month for end of year events, so early enquiries get the widest choice of dates. If you want licensed alcohol, book at least 20 days before your event.
