Camellia Indoor Sports Centre events can be fully licensed. Alcohol is available for purchase at your function, arranged through our liquor licence.

- Book at least 20 days ahead. That gives us time to lodge notice without a rush.
- Trading hours apply. Licensed service runs within our approved trading hours.

What counts as a corporate year end event?
Any celebration that marks the end of your working year or a big milestone. That includes EOFY days, end of year functions, awards nights, client thank-you events, cultural celebrations and themed parties. Christmas is one option, not the only one.
Can we hold a celebration that isn't Christmas?
Absolutely. Many Western Sydney teams celebrate different occasions across the year. Tell us what you're marking and we'll shape the day around it.
Can you host cultural celebrations like Diwali, Lunar New Year or Eid?
Yes. Tell us the occasion, your numbers and the atmosphere you want. We'll confirm what's possible for layout, set-up and catering.
Can we have alcohol at our event?
Yes. Your event can be fully licensed, with alcohol available for purchase at your function, arranged through our liquor licence. It's subject to approval, so we need at least 20 days' notice. Licensed service runs within our approved trading hours.
How much notice do you need for licensed alcohol?
At least 20 days before your event. We must lodge notice with Liquor & Gaming NSW, NSW Police and local council, and the extra days give us a buffer. Booking inside 20 days? We can still host your event, but licensed alcohol won't be available.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. Our onsite Black Wolf Cafe can handle food and drink for your group, from coffee and snacks to a full catering package.
What if some of our team don't play sport?
No problem. Trivia and games nights, awards evenings and social lunches need no sport at all. Pickleball is also low-impact and easy to pick up.
How many people can you host?
We host everything from a small team on one court through to a full venue takeover across all six courts and our function spaces. Tell us your numbers and we'll recommend the right setup.
How much does a year end event cost?
Court hire starts from $120 per hour and room hire from $110 per hour. Your total depends on group size, format, catering and whether you add a licensed bar. Send us your details and we'll come back with a quote.
Is there parking and public transport?
Yes. We offer free onsite parking with a drop-off zone. The Rosehill Gardens light rail stop is also 400 metres away, and several bus stops are a short walk from the venue.
When should we book our year end event?
Book as early as you can. Late June fills up for EOFY events and November to December fills up for end of year functions. If you want licensed alcohol, book at least 20 days before your event.
